Just woke up at 12 p.m whole upper and lower limb muscle ache, yesterday after ippt test headed home. After bathing and changing meet up with hong at 7-eleven and make way to woodlands, We had our lunch there with hui, ah long and kenneth when we reached. Around 6 p.m when kian and xiang reached woodlands, We went to play basketball together with other people. After basketball all of us went to ah long house wash up changed and went to mac to had our dinner with eve. reached own sweet home at 12.30 a.m.

Today woke up at 5.45 a.m wash up and prepared to go changi naval base for my ippt, reached there at 7.22 a.m changed up. After changing go for registration for number tag, overall can't get gold =( only silver is my best. Just reached home not long ago, now going to bath, change and meet hong to woodlands.

Wednesday!

Yesterday after swimming with hui, kian and kenneth, We went to had our dinner at aljunied market. Finishing our lunch and reached home around 1 p.m plus. Bath, rest and sleep untill 6 p.m. And we meet up again for basketball at woodlands, Its quite enjoyable playing down there with unknown personel. After basketall all of us went to 888 plaza to had our dinner and supper , Headed home at around 11.30 p.m.
